HelloDarl provides phone-based and AI-assisted welfare check-ins for older adults and their families across Australia.

We only collect what's needed to provide and improve our service:

Check-in details: time, result (e.g. "all good" or "needs follow-up"), and brief notes entered by our team or AI system.

Technical data: device identifiers and connection logs to maintain system reliability.
We do not record or store audio from calls.
How we use your information

To deliver scheduled welfare check-ins and reminders.

To alert nominated contacts or emergency services when a wellbeing concern is detected.
